This policy explains what Maricopa County Pest Control ("we," "us") collects through this website, how it is used, and your choices.

What we collect

When you request service, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, property address or neighborhood, service type, and any notes. We also record which page of the site you used. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Your browser may briefly store the address you type in the homepage box so you don't have to retype it on the next page; it is deleted once used.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request and arrange pest control service. This site is a referral and scheduling service, so we share your request with the licensed, insured Arizona pest control provider that serves your area (Don't Bug Me Pest Defense or another partner) so they can contact you and schedule. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) and received in a Google Gmail account. These companies process the data only to provide their services.

How long we keep it

We keep requests only as long as needed to arrange service and follow up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you sent, or to stop being contacted, email [email protected]. The pest control provider you were referred to keeps its own records under its own policies.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
